This video examines the alarming prevalence of substance use and abuse, and the disorders associated therewith in our campuses.
The authorities in our tertiary institutions, especially universities, are therefor called upon to act fast in other to stem the tide of this development if we hope to turn out sane and sound youth who would take over as our future leaders.
